Mindfulness & Compassion Focused; Emotion Focused (EFT); ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy);Buddhist Psychology &: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing).

How can I help?

Many studies have shown that it is the quality of the therapeutic relationship, not the type of therapy per se, which is the most influential vehicle for change and growth in therapy.
